Product Description
The composite temperature of low-temperature pre coated film is approximately 80 ℃~90 ℃, this is important for preventing heat damage to sensitive materials. It has a wide using range for both ordinary printings and temperature sensitive printings.

Advantages
1. Low temperature lamination:
The temperature required for bonding low-temperature pre-coated films is about 80°C to 90°C, while the required bonding temperature for ordinary pre-coated films is 100°C to 120°C.
2. Compatibility with heat-sensitive materials:
The low lamination temperature of the low-temperature heat laminating film makes it suitable for use with heat-sensitive materials such as self adhesive label, PP advertising printing.
3. Enhance lamination effect:
Delicate materials may experience curling or edge warping issues when using ordinary thermal lamination film. However, low-temperature thermal lamination can prevent material damage or quality degradation caused by high temperature, resulting in a better lamination experience.
