This thermal laminating film’s “low temperature” properties mean it can be applied using laminators that operate at lower temperatures than standard thermal lamination film. This is important to protect sensitive materials from thermal damage.

Advantages
1. Low laminating temperature:
The composite temperature of low-temperature pre coated films is approximately 85 ℃~90 ℃, while ordinary pre coated films require a composite temperature of 100 ℃~120 ℃.
2. Suitable for the temperature sensitive laminating materials:
Due to the low laminating temperature of low temperature thermal lamination film, it's suitable for temperature sensitive materials. For example, PP advertising printing materials, PVC materials, thermosensitive paper, etc.
3. Well laminating experience:
Some delicate materials may have curling or edge warping issues when using the normal BOPP thermal lamination film for laminating, the use of low temperature thermal laminaion film avoids materials damage or quality degradation caused by high temperatures.
