Non-plastic thermal lamination film can achieve paper-plastic separation in a real sense. After laminating, we need to peel off the base film, the coating will stick firmly to the printings thus forming a protective cambium.
The base film of non-plastic thermal laminating film is made from BOPP, after using, it can be recycled to make other plastic products. About the coating, it is made of degradable materials and can be directly pulped and dissolved together with the paper.
Due to its strong adhesion, this film not only can laminating on the ordinary printings but also the digital printings. And after laminating, we can do hot stamping on the coating directly.

How to use this film? The laminating process is the same as the traditional thermal lamination film, just need to use the laminator for heat laminating. Using parameters are as follows:
Temperature: 105℃-115℃
Speed: 40-80m/min
Pressure: 15-20Mpa(Adjusting according to the actual situation of the machine)
